Chelsea & Fulham
Competitive base salary
Permanent role

Overview:

We are looking for a committed career focused individual to manage our new branch in the heart of the Royal borough of Kensington & Chelsea and the London borough of Hammersmith & Fulham.

SureCare Chelsea & Fulham is family owned and they intend to build their business based on traditional family values. Their measure of their service delivery is already part of this new culture “Would our service be good enough for our own loved ones?”

If you are either a current registered Domiciliary Care Manager or ready to take the next step up into domiciliary care management then this could be the role for you. You will be joining at an exciting time, where your knowledge and skills will form part of the growth and service strategy for our business. Both family members will work with you to support and help you grow, but it will be your branch to run. You will be the Registered Manager and your opinions and decisions will be vital to the branch’s success.

You will be a relationship builder who knows how to develop new business opportunities and deliver exceptional service to our client base. You will preferably be a car driver. Predominantly the branch will initially focus on care at home and social support, but we also want to explore and develop other areas of care and are open minded to consider all suggestions, after all, as we mentioned before, it’s your branch!

It goes without saying, as the Registered Manager you will assume full responsibility for CQC compliance and service excellence and a good understanding and insight into this part of the business will be essential.

Your career and associated opportunities will grow and progress as the branch grows and progresses and you will be generously rewarded for your achievements.

Importantly, you will be supported in your role by the branch Managing Director and our Regional Business Development Manager. SureCare has been established for 25 years, so we know you will get the right help and advice when needed.

Position will be subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check, references and the right to work in the UK.

If this sounds like you and you can demonstrate the skills and knowledge we are looking for then please press the “apply” button or call 07972 689249. I would be delighted to have an informal chat and answer any questions you will undoubtedly have about the role.
