At SureCare, we’re committed to providing exceptional care services for all stages of life’s journey.
Since 1994, our care workers have provided support for people of all ages requiring various levels of care, including those affected by physical disabilities and memory impairment including conditions like dementia.
Our dedicated team of care workers are backed up by excellent management and administration teams across the country. All of our staff proudly work in co-operation to achieve SureCare’s common goal: providing quality care for those who need it.
SureCare is fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and all of our care workers and management staff are subject to enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) clearance. This way, we ensure that our clients receive only the best quality care, delivered to the highest possible standards.
We don’t just measure our candidates’ abilities based on a CV. We get to know our recruits and aim to match the right care workers with the right clients. It’s our priority to be as flexible as possible, making sure that you’re happy in your work life as well as those you care for.
SureCare has extensive knowledge of the care sector and we are always on the lookout for candidates wanting to pursue or progress their career in care.
Our Services
As life expectancy grows, more of us are living longer. For a lot of older members of society, trying to maintain independence in their own home can be increasingly difficult. Our care workers provide a wide range of home care services, including washing, dressing, medication support and household chores, enabling customers to continue living at home for as long as possible.
Live-in care allows clients to live independently in the comfort of their own home, while being professionally looked after by a full-time live-in care worker.
As a live-in care worker you will be available on a full-time basis to carry out a wide range of home care services including washing, dressing, medication support and household chores. You will also provide companionship – something which is central to the care that is given.
We will endeavour to find the right assignment for you taking into account the interests, lifestyle, personality and the care needs of the client.
By popular demand, we also offer a full range of home services to support busy families and those in need of a helping hand at home. Tasks can range from mowing the lawn to basic DIY, as well as helping out with errands. To accommodate these tasks, we welcome additional skills and positive attitudes among our workforce, with jobs designated to those most suitable.
For full-time carer’s, it can be difficult trying to find leisure time, whether it’s a full-blown holiday or a simple afternoon off. Our respite and holiday care service offers flexible home care workers who can provide all-important cover on a temporary basis. This gives families peace of mind that their loved ones are in safe hands whilst their regular carer takes a well-deserved break.
We know it’s not an easy task caring for somebody with dementia. That’s why we provide our care workers with specialist training, to provide the best quality care in safe, stimulating and social environments.
By joining our experienced and passionate team of childcare specialists, nannies and working mums, you can offer a lifeline for busy working parents. Whether you provide childcare at home or in a mobile crèche facility, your flexibility can be a great benefit to parents juggling work and home life.
