The care coordinator’s role will involve:

- Responsibility for certain data input relating to specified area as changes occur
- Ensuring that holiday/sickness and emergency calls are assigned and recorded
- Preparation of reports and handling emergency incidents as required
- To assist with the running of the out of hours on-call service as required

Key competencies of the Care Coordinator include:

The Care Coordinator must:
- Hold a full driving license
- Live local to Chester in order to attend to on-call services

- Experience as a supervisor or senior care worker or care coordinator within a Domiciliary care environment.

Waking Nights Care/Support Worker (part-time) – Chelsea & Fulham

Ideally you will have access to your own transport, but we do have limited availability for those who might need to use a bike or public transport.
If your ambitions are to work in an office-based environment, then longer term we will also be looking to appoint team leaders and care co-ordinators as the service develops. Your career progression will be down to you!
